    I cannot seem to delete/edit the current default shift types? As soon as I edit or delete them, they re-appear. Any help on how to permanently deleting them and creating new ones?

    You cannot delete the default shift types. The paid version of Shiftee needs those for payroll calculations. You can create as many other shift types as you want.
