Hey our paypal transactions aren’t going through
Plugins don’t just randomly stop working, so it’s important to review what has changed on your site recently. Is this a recent issue or something that’s been ongoing?
PayPal is setting the shipping details to undefined
Can you provide more details on this point? Are you saying the shipping address fields on your checkout page are being cleared out?
Here are a couple of suggestions to ensure you’re using the Braintree plugin correctly:
- I highly recommend you enable CVV validations within your Braintree dashboard for extra security.
- If you don’t have advanced fraud enabled, I also recommend you enable that option in the plugin settings and in your Braintree dashboard.

This is a rebuild of another site – so we are using your plugin instead of a different braintree plugin – it’s still in development but we were doing a stress test today and found this issue. The transaction are making it to braintree but woo is setting the order as failed with the “There was an error processing your payment. Reason: Invalid or missing payment token fields.” error
When it is displaying the ship to address it is auto setting it to undefined – and in the woo orders the ship to name is showing as undefined

Is the transaction showing as processed or it’s a failed transaction?
Is your site set to Sandbox mode so that we can test?
