I want to create an auction where the shipping cost will be null if someone is nearby. Example: I am auctioning a painting and if someone from another state wins then I will ship it. If my next door neighbor wins I will walk to their house and hand it to them.
How can I make this work?

Hi,

If you have FREE plugin then we do have a shipping addon (for free plugin) – http://auctionplugin.net/addon/#tour_page_2

Video explains it.

You can specify domestic and international rates but you will not be able to bifurcate within domestic that sometimes you charge and sometimes you dont.

Oh so even if I upgrade to Pro I will never be able to mark some zip codes as free?
