Shipping and local pickup

    Hi. I am having a few issues setting up some shipping methods. So, we are foing to have 3 shippping options, abd they are:

    • A flat rate of $20 shipping on all items’ total amount under $1000. It’s for entire country.
    • A free shipping once the total orders’amount is $1000.
    • Local pickup at New York or at Los Angeles.

    I have created a shipping zone, input United States as country. For free shipping as from $1000, I have successfully input the amount to be free shipping.

    Now, how to make sure a flat rate of $20 shipping is aplied if the total order is under $1000? I do not see an option.

    And for local pickup, is there a way to add an option of choosing New York or Los Angeles?

    Hi @aj20152015,

    If you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce (9.1.x), in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones, you should be able to add both the free and flat rate shipping to your United States zone (indicating that free shipping is for orders of $1000+): https://d.pr/i/H3OsQH

    Then in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Local Pickup, you can “Enable Local Pickup” and add one or more Local Pickup locations: https://d.pr/i/Y8oxQj
