Shipping Button Disappears/ Purchasing multiple labels

I have a colleague who experienced the issue below. Any help with this as well as finding out how to purchase multiple shipping labels at one time? (note:the shipping button reappeared magically. If you have any ideas on how to prevent that going forward it would be appreciated.

“The problem right now with WooCommerce shipping is that the button to buy shipping is not there. It says “section not loading? View the status page for troubleshooting tips”. And then you click on that and it takes you to the status page which just gives you the same message and there are no troubleshooting tips. So the only thing I have found on Google to fix this problem is somehow changing site to a storefront and then removing all plugins to test the shipping plug-in, and then putting everything back on. And I don’t know how to do any of that. The other issue I have with woocommerce is that I have to go into each individual order to buy a shipping label. With PayPal I can do batch shipping and do all of my labels at one time. It’s way more efficient.”
