There’s no built-in setting for that in the core WooCommerce plugin, and it would take more than a short PHP code snippet to do something like that.
I’m not seeing any plugins available for that here in the WP.org plugin repository, however doing a Google search for “woocommerce shipping calculator on product page” returns quite a few results from a variety of different developers.
I would recommend checking out the different options available, and if you have any questions about a particular one, please reach out to their support team to ask about their plugin.
