Shipping Calculator Error

Using storefront elegance theme and the gold cart plugin.

Here is my issue: No shipping options show up until you click “same as billing address” and then after selecting a location the option vanishes. I went in and added some content which has since been removed, double checked the code and reverted any issues. Could this be a conflict between the new wordpress, theme and plugin?
