I understand that you are unable to select and save the option displayed in your screenshot.
The options you have shared are not default to WooCommerce core. Please could you clarify which plugin you are using to enable these additional settings?
Are you perhaps using the Order Delivery extension found on WooCommerce.com Marketplace? If yes, please could you contact us directly at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You will need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page.
As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there 🙂

Which plugin are you using for setting up the delivery? Please contact the plugin support as this issue is specific to the plugin and not to core WooCommerce.
