@wordpressforumhelp sounds like you don’t have your zones set up right. Also, when you added a postal code was it a US code or a CA code?

Welcome to the WooCommerce community. I understand how confusing it must be to see your Canada shipping work initially, only to disappear once a postcode is entered. Since you’ve already confirmed weights, product setup, and general availability across Canada, you’re clearly on top of the basics, which is great to see.

Just to clarify, was this shipping behavior working correctly before and recently stopped, possibly after an update? Or is this a new store setup that’s still being tested?
To help us investigate further, please share the following:
- A screenshot of your Shipping Zones section, especially how Canada is configured.
- Your site URL, so we can test the cart and checkout flow.
- Your System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support, and then paste it at https://pastebin.com and drop the link here.
That’ll give us a clearer picture and help pinpoint what might be causing the postcode issue.
