Shipping disappears after adding postcode at basket

    Hi there

    So 98% of my shipping is working great… (we ship worldwide).

    Every now and again i have this problem with shipping to Canada.
    Everything seems to be setup corrrecly,
    Ship to all o f Canada / Weights are in place / prodcut matches weight price. etc… etc…

    When you are at the basket stage, if you enter Canada, the shipping works fine and the weight/price matches up.
    Then if you edit shipping and add a postcode, it says
    No shipping options were found

    Anyone seen this before or can help?

    Hi,

    The WooCommerce support area might be a better place to get helped with that since postcode matching is a core WooCommerce function, that is not controlled by Weight Based Shipping.
