Shipping Easy Incapsula_Resource error

    I have a woocommerce site that was working with ShipEasy to handle the shipping for my orders. It has since stopped communicating with ShipEasy and they are telling me it is a Incapsula Resource error.

    They make this request to the site

    https://bio35.com/wp-json/wc/v2/orders?after=2024-04-03T02%3A10%3A35Z&consumer_key=ck_8ad5d299d72b4c045a715b8babeea555e2833cfb&consumer_secret=cs_2828c7eb3fe22ef2b7ae45ff2daa1ec456bdc66b&offset=0&order=asc&per_page=80

    Then receive this back

    I have no idea where to go from here to fix it. Any ideas?
