    Hi there,

    We encounter an issue that we have not seen before. It’s about shipping fees. We ship within Europe and each country (shipping zone) has its own fees. With geolocate (Maxmind) we locate a user. The shipping fee is inititally displayed correctly. So for France we charge 6,95 euro. This works.

    Now when I change the country, so in the checkout choose a different country from the dropdown, nothing happens. The fee remains. We do not using any caching plugin.

    What could cause this?

    To assist you better, could you please share screenshots of the following:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone (please share this for all zones)
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings (please share this for all methods)
    • The cart/checkout page with the issue
