    The API between Yanwen Shipping Company and AST plugin doesn’t work.

    I set up Email flows, when the orders are shipped, orders will becompleted, and the customers will receive the completed email

    But whenever my customers click the track button, and they go to the page that has a 404 error. They couldn’t track their tracking numbers

    Could you please help?

    Hi @mynd1993,
    I checked the Yanwen tracking URL and I don’t see any issue with it.
    The tracking URL is – http://track.yw56.com.cn/en/querydel and this is correct.
    Users need to manually enter the tracking number to check the tracking details.

    Hi @mynd1993,

    We updated the tracking URL of Yanwen to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

    To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

    I’d like to be in English Version

    Because that will show in the Chinese Version, the customer will take 1 step to change the language

    Could you work it out?

    Also, can I replace it by my tracking page? If it could, that’s great

    One more thing, in the search space: UG714325085YP this tracking number always showed up.

    Could you please remove this?

    It’s not added by our plugin. You will need to contact Yanwen for this.

    Hi there,

    You see the same as me right?

    This tracking number is mine, and I am not sure how to remove this?

    I have contacted Yanwen, but I think, the problem is the integration, it needs to be integrated well from the Email template.

    Could you please help me?
