Shipping Issues

Hi,

Sorry if I’ve missed this somewhere, but I need some help with my cart. I can’t seem to get the shipping correct.

I want to keep the shipping free at $99 and charge a flat fee for anything cheaper.

Right now they’re able to select either:

Shipping
Flat Rate (Free Shipping over $99!)

OR

Canada Post

Is there a way to make only the free shipping option when they’ve spent that much? and set the flat rate to only appear when theyve spent less than the $99
