Shipping Label Not printing

    When I click on buy shipping label it shows that the label has been purchased, but not an option to print the label. In the past it would show a dialog box where you can print label. Then the label would be created as a pdf and I could print. Now no label is created. I have to go into reprint label in a different browser and then it will create a pdf. I have tried using this in Chrome and in Firefox.

    Hi @lindairael,

    Buying, creating and printing labels is not a feature of Flexible Shipping plugin.

    You are most likely using a different plugin for labels handling.

    I suggest you check the list of installed plugins in your store, to find the one that is responsible for the functions you mentioned. If you send us a screenshot of your plugin list, I may be able to tell you which plugin you need support for.
