    I have purchased a label, and I got the confirmation email. In the interface there is a message; “Please wait while we process your shipping label purchase”. There is a button called “Refresh purchase status”, and the interface has just been hanging there for hours. I’m assuming the next page is where I can print out the label, but it hasn’t gotten there yet. I tried refreshing the page, clearing the browser history and logging in to another browser, but the page is unchanged.

    Thank you for the update.

    When the page gets stuck like that, it’s helpful to check the browser console for any error messages:

    1. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect (or press Ctrl+Shift+I / Cmd+Option+I).
    2. Click the Console tab.
    3. Look for any messages in red and copy those for us.

    If you spot any errors, please share them here.

    Additionally, please share the following so we can look into this further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    You can paste both into https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and send us the link.

    Once we have that information, we’ll continue from there.

    Thank you for the response. The issue has resolved itself over night, after several hours.

    I will attempt to gather some of the information you suggest later, for future reference.

    Thanks for letting us know the issue resolved itself! It’s possible there was a momentary delay either with your network or with the server processing the label in the background, which can occasionally cause the interface to hang for a bit longer than usual.
