The shipping method field at checkout is loading endlessly. This occurs when a user tries to log in to the checkout page to finalize the purchase, but when a new user creates a direct checkout account, everything works fine. How do I fix this error? Thank’s.

Hello Paivajota,

Thanks for contacting us. It seems the site has using any cache plugin or any server level cache enabled.

You just need to exclude the “checkouts” slug available in cache plugins.
