Shipping method – " No shipping methods available"

Hi, please help.

I want my web shop to have 3 different shipping methods. 2 of them works fine, but the last one not working. WordPress, my theme, Woocommerce and other plugins are all up to date

I’m using Bencher Theme

Here is the error message:

“There is no shipping methods available. Please check your address, or contact us if you need help.”

I did check settings many times, and everything seems to be correct.

Here is the shipping methods I want.

1. International shipping: 99,- Swedish crones (SEK), (This one works fine)

2. Free shipping: Order greater than 500,- SEK (This one works as well)

3. Flate Rate: 49,- SEK for order less than 500 SEK. This is my problem.
