Shipping Methods by Users Not Working

    Hi,

    We have multiple roles on the website each with their own shipping method. For some reason, it has stopped working and whatever I do i just get this massage for all roles.

    “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    I have enabled the Shipping Methods by User Roles module and added their respective roles to the “Include User Roles” field.

    It was working fine for about an hour now I get the above message for everyone now.

    Any ideas where I may be going wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If possible can you try to check this by disabling the module once and check? If still, it’s displaying then it’s not coming from the plugin and if it’s not displaying then can you please provide us a configuration screenshot of the module?

    We will surely help you to resolve it.
