Hi @nostile,
Thank you for this impressive troubleshooting you have done. That is very helpful and I think I can release a fix for this quickly. I will let you know when the next version is released.
Thank you.

Hi @nostile,
I have not been able to replicate this error. However, there were some updates in today’s release that could potentially fix errors of this type.
If you find that version 1.4.1 does not resolve the issue, can you provide me with the MySQL version in the environment that contains 10 shipping methods? It may also be helpful to compare the PHP and MySQL versions between the two environments you have. This can be done under WooCommerce > status.
Sorry, it did not resolve the issue.
MySQL version: 5.7.39-42-log
PHP version: 7.4.33
Versions are the same across all environments.

Hi @nostile,
I have released one more version today 1.4.2. I have been unable to replicate your issue exactly, but if you still experience this problem I recommend the following tasks:
1) At the bottom of the WC Ship Est admin page, set the uninstall option to ‘delete all settings’. Deactivate and delete the plugin. Then add new plugin > search plugins for ‘ship est’ and install the plugin new.
2) If your host allows you to update MySQL and PHP versions, I recommend upgrading to MySQL 8.0 and PHP 8.0.
3) If you still encounter issues, you may provide more info from the Server environment section under WooCommerce > status. Apache error logs (if available) will certainly provide more information as well, and sometimes will identify the exact error. If you find error logs on the server, search for ‘wc-ship-est’. You may provide more info here or by using the support link on the plugin (from the WP plugins list).
