Could you send me a screenshot of your shipping zones, and of the shipping method’s settings inside of those zones?

I must be thick or something but the shipping rates are really confusing, rest of the world makes no sense, does it need to be there?
I think a video showing how to do this is really called for, all was working fine before the update, now I’m back to square one.

I want free shipping over £100
I want Pick up from store (Only if in a postcode starting with CF*)
I want flat rate set at £4.50 for 5 up to 5 items
But,
I want free shipping over £100

And
I want free shipping over £100

How is this possible, I tried setting up UK Shipping zones but they don’t work on their own. You have to setup all the 3 options under one zone, please explain its really confusing. Why didn’t you make all the video tutorials before this important update?
Rest of the world is a fallback/default zone if no others match. The videos and docs explain this and have already been updated. Please give the new system time; it’s way more powerful.
Break your rules into zones first. Sounds like you need:
Zone 1 – UK, CF* postcode.
Zone 2 – UK
Since a customer can match only 1 zone, you need to add the following methods:
Zone 1: Local Pickup, Free Shipping, Flat Rate
Zone 2: Free Shipping, Flat Rate
Free Shipping has a minimum amount setting and should be straightforward.
This however is not possible:
I want flat rate set at £4.50 for 5 up to 5 items
I also want 6 – 10 items £6.50
I also want 10+ items £9.00
That is not a flat rate. That would require table rates because the rate changes based on item quantity.

My apologies for sounding a bit obtrusive, It was so simple I think I was overlooking things.
I already have a cart based plugin so I didn’t even need to setup a flat rate, with your guidance this is what I setup
Zone 1 – UK with CF* – Free shipping and Pick up from store
Zone 2 – UK – Free Shipping
And I leave the cart based plugin work out the table rates, many thanks for your support and help. Kind regards, Neil
Just wanted to add for forum users, don;t forget to clear transients under system status>tools>clear transients
Mine’s not working as well. I created a shipping zone named “Hometown” with Region(s) set to Bulacan*, 3011** and in the cart shipping calculator, this error always show up:
There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.
*Province in the Philippines
