Okay, generally shipping methods you can see on the cart page and checkout page depending on the theme that you are using.
If your theme has required billing fields like postcode, email, etc then first you need to add all the * required billing fields then after you are able to see the shipping methods.
Also, if you are selling virtual/digital products then it will not count those products’ quantity.
If still, you are unable to get any ideas then please share your current settings screenshots and cart/checkout page screen so we can review them in detail and get back to you if you missing anything.

I think the latest WordPress update is conflicting with your plug in.
I have followed the instructions and now I have no shipping options. I am selling variable products.
