Shipping options – doesn’t work for subscriptions :(

    Hey folk!
    If somebody can help?
    I setup shipping classes / zones / costs for simple products and for subscription products. All work fine for simple products, but not for subscriptions. Shows flat rate as 0:00, shows “free shipping” option (not used for subscriptions).
    Can’t set it up, need your help 🙂
