I have 2 shipping class. One is UPS for items under 50lbs and the other is for items over 50lbs that is a flat rate cost (LTL Ground). When I add the 2 products to the cart (one from each class), and go to checkout, it shows each shipping as an option but not both mandatory. so the customer choices the cheaper option which is not the case. the customer should see a UPS charge and a Flat Rate Charge or a combined charge. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your shipping class issue. I understand how important it is to have the correct shipping options displayed at checkout. From your description, it seems that the two shipping classes are not combining as expected at checkout. To better assist you, could you please provide a bit more information?
Could you confirm if you have set up the shipping classes and rates under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones?
Have you assigned the correct shipping classes to your products under WooCommerce > Products?
Can you check if there are any stray characters like asterisks (*) or parentheses () in your flat rate settings that might be causing the issue?
Once you’ve checked these settings, if the problem persists, we might need to look into the possibility of a conflict with another plugin or your theme. It would be helpful if you could temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue resolves.
To clarify, the UPS (for items under 50lbs) and LTL Ground options are set up exclusively utilizing the WooCommerce core shipping options, or otherwise?
We havenโt heard back from you in a while, so Iโm going to mark this as resolved โ weโll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

It looks like that the screenshot did not come through.
Please note that you will not be able to upload images directly on this forum. You may need to use a tool like https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.
On your screenshot, only the 300L box is set up. The UPS option has no price.
If you want to set up both via the default WooCommerce interface, as your screenshot shows, you need to set the price for the UPS classe in this interface.
If you are setting up the UPS shipping some other way, please share more details with us. Are you using a plugin? If so, which one?
@carolm29 Yes i use the UPS LIVE RATE shipping plugin. There is not a set value for the UPS rate like there is with the 300L rate. The UPS LIVE RATE is based off size and weight of the product, so not sure how to set that in the screenshot example i shared.
As I understand you are using a third-party plugin, correct? Not one you purchased on our marketplace?
If that’s correct, please contact the plugin support so they can assist you further with this, as we are not able to help with third-party plugin and they will be better equipped to handle it.
If you did purchase the plugin you are using on our marketplace, to ensure that we can assist you further, could you please create a new ticket on our support page and include the forum thread link? This will allow our team to review your specific issue and provide you with the best possible solution. You can do this by going to WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support
Have a wonderful day!
