    I am almost live with my FB shop. I am all set up with one issue. My shop remains hidden. The only thing I can find on my commerce account is that there aren’t any shipping profiles set up. Do these sync from woocommerce? I can’t add one directly on facebook. When I try it is greyed out. Is this normal?

    I have done this. Thank you. Meta support through the business manager usually results in no resolution. I am hoping someone in the community has seen this before as well and has some insights. Please don’t archive/close the thread.

    We were able to resolve the issue for your shop and it should now be visible! With regards to your questions on shipping profiles: shipping profiles should be set up in WooCommerce and will get synced to Meta. We currently support syncing free shipping profiles that don’t require a coupon and flat rate shipping profiles that provide free shipping to some or all products.
