Shipping Rule: Item Quantity

    I cannot seem to find the option to create a shipping rule by item quantity in the customers cart.

    Background: We offer free shipping on orders of 12 items or more and we are currently still using another shipping rules plugin for that. Would be nice to have it integrated in shiptastic.
