Shipping rules

Hi, I’m currently trying out a demo version to check whether it really works on my case for my ecommerce store and have few considerations on shipping options as below:

1. If client purchases 1 item (Medium Item), the shipping is $10, if 2 items, it becomes shipping charges of $11 (add $1). However, if the purchase 3 items onwards, the subsequent shipping charge is an additional $2. This has different price charges depending on the quatity. How to I fill in the rule on shipping settings?
The shipping price as below:
1 item = $10
2 items = $11
3 items = $13
4 items = $15
5 items = $17
onwards..

2. Another concerns is based on product and determine the shipping. I’ve few items that are small items. For example, I’m selling a sample pack of 2ml & 5ml, and both belong to the same category of small items regardless of the actual weight. If a customer purchase 10 small items onwards, it is considered as 1 regular item which is equivalent to the shipping rate as above (1.) = $10.In this case, how do I fill in the rule?
