shipping settings setting

hello, we are changing the rules for shipping and I would like to know where I am going wrong

We have set:
from €0 to 49 shipping costs €4.99
from €49 to € maximum costs €0

however we would like to insert an option where if you insert some products with a certain weight (example 1234kg) shipping becomes free regardless of the amount, so we have inserted:

from 1234 kg maximum shipping costs €0

setting the system like this even if I add one of the selected products it shows me the shipping cost of €4.99

how can I unblock the situation?
