    On one order shipping was working, on the next it did not. When calculating shipping in the cart it says “updated” but there’s no cost and i can’t choose shipping method. Zones are still there and no changes were made. Not sure if latest version of WordPress or Weight Based Shipping could interfere. Also noticed product attributes are all messed up and have to be redone.

    Would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that we can check for any red flags there? You can find this by going to

    WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report

    in your WP-Admin dashboard.

    Hey @jackwroldsen

    Thanks for sending that over. Is weight-based shipping the only shipping method you are using? Or are you using others in addition to weight-based? If you’re using weight-based shipping only, I would recommend reaching out to their team directly for help as we didn’t develop that plugin.

    Also, we did have a bug with shipping in WC 4.5.1 that caused shipping to disappear under certain conditions, but that was fixed in 4.5.2, which I see you’ve updated to, so I don’t think that’s the problem here.

    If you are using other shipping methods in addition to weight-based shipping, can you send us a screenshot of your Shipping Zones? Also, if you could send screenshots of any other shipping method settings, that would be helpful as well. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to send screenshots here. You’ll just drag and drop the image into the window, and it will generate a URL to paste here.

    How are you adding the self pickup option? Is that through the standard local pickup method?

    Also, what’s the address that you’ve been testing with?

    Correct, the method is Local Pickup as shown in your link.

    I’ve tested with several different address and there’s several new orders in now, none with shipping cost. Example: ours would be Norway, Skien, 3735

    Update: I followed the workaround from here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/27624#issuecomment-689535892

    And it’s now showing calculations again. Seems like i’m still affected of the patched error?
