    Hi there,

    On my website when someone puts through an order, the shipping costs are not adding up on the Thank You page or the email that the customer receives and I am not sure why? The shipping cost shows up on the checkout page however. I am using the cartflows plugin for the Checkout and Thank You page.

    That’s strange, can you please let me know that does the shipping details are displayed on the default WooCommerce checkout page and is it getting displayed on the thank you page of WooCommerce.

    One the same note, CartFlows does not sends any order related emails when the order is placed from the CartFlows Checkout page.

    So, you can check, weather you are getting the shipping details in the order email when the order is placed from the Default WooCommerce’s Checkout page and displayed on the thank you page.

    @joyously It seems that there is been some confusion related to this questions/support/request. This is an valid question regarding CartFlows Plugin and @taman12 is using the WordPress website as well as CartFlows WordPress plugin. If you have any questions or doubts, please let me know I will be happy to assist you.
