    Hello,

    the shipping zone of other countries cannot be recognized. The debug mode always shows:”Customer matched zone “Deutschland””.

    Flexible Shipping does not affect user’s geolocalization. It is a matter of WooCommerce.

    Please go to WooCommerce settings and make sure that you have this option selected: https://wpdesk.me/po/134lsu7t06rx.png

    Also, please try using incognito mode in your browser because WooCommerce does remember your last choice and automatically applies a previous shipping zone.
