Shippings area missing

After updating to the most recent version of woocommerce my shipping categories aren’t working. I have a box on my product page that used to have a checkbox to select the shipping option now its only saying:

shippings:
Please download full version package!

Also when I go to my cart to test a checkout I now get an error here:

Sorry, shipping is unavailable to the United States (US). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us.
