I have tested this several times, when Cache Enabler is activated it blocks the Shipstation API from communicating with our website. Not sure how to fix this.

To troubleshoot this, can you please let me know how the ShipStation API is currently working with your website? For example, the plugin or method used to integrate this API into your website. Any steps to help replicate the issue would be helpful.

I am using the plugin “WooCommerce – ShipStation Integration”. Basically when I go to update within shipstation to pull my orders from my ecwid store into our shipstation acccount, the process is blocked when Cache enabler is activated.

Thanks for the additional information. Do you receive any errors in your error log when performing this action?

@coreyk I just found out it was blocking Aftership API too. I think I was able to get the Shipstation to work by adding /shipstation/ to the bypass cache query string. However, I was not able to add more then one string so I could not figure out how to bypass Aftership too. So I went back to 1.4.9 and all is well.

Please try the latest version (currently 1.5.4). There was a default query string exclusion added in version 1.5.3 that covers this.

@coreyk that did not fix it. 🙁

Thanks for the additional information, @lgs777. To confirm, this occurs in version 1.5.4 even after deactivating and then activating Cache Enabler again and ensuring the Cache Exclusions > Query Strings setting is empty? (Empty so the default is applied.)
