Hello, what are your Woocommerce and WordPress versions ?
Hello,
You can configure rates on the back-end of the SHM (https://www.bpost.be/ShmBackEnd/private).
Don’t hesitate to read the README (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/bpost-shipping/) and the section “Prerequisite”.
For the error “shm_must_be_open”, we need to know what version of the plugin you use.
After an update of the plugin, if you have again the error, can you send us ([email protected]) the URL of your shop to permit us to check & debug ?
Thanks,
Hi, some news about this issue ?

Side note: @slegrandantidot Serious question, are you working with the author? You’re showing up as the same person as @antidot-dev and it’s setting off alarms.
@jdembowski indeed I work with the plugin author. Now changed the way I appear in the threads.
WordPress 4.4.2
Bpost shipping manager Version 1.2.9
thanks
@msergeant:
Indeed, you have the lst release of the plugin.
Can you send us the URL of your webshop ? With it, we will can see why you get the error.
Thanks,
The webshop has 2 versions of jQuery, and jQuery 1.11 is overridden by jQuery 1.8.3.
We will see to make a solution compatible for the 2 versions (<= 1.8 and >1.8).
I have the same shm_must_be_open error when using PHP 7. When reverting back to PHP 5.6 the error is not present.
Thanks! Keep me updated plz
Good news, everyone !
We reproduced the issue on our side, and we fixed it.
Can you update the plugin (to v1.2.11) and keep us updated (positive or negative feedbacks) ?
Thanks,
Hi all,
Without negative feedback from you, I suppose the issue is fixed for all, and I close the post.
Thanks,
