    Hello,
i have blurry thumbnails. I can’t understand why i cannot get them clearly focused.

Please watch simply the make up items, not the dress ones (dress images are wrong, i have to upload them with ratio 1:1)

    Example: https://c2n.me/4fyxbqL

Is it something wrong i’ve done with the plugin?

    thank you

    Alessandro

  • Hello @alessandroa,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I have checked your shop page and noticed that images of the Products are showing very clearly. As per instruction, I have checked the Makeup products but haven’t found any Blurry Thumbnails on your site. I also have inspected the code to check if there are any other classes that are conflicting or not, but everything seems to be fine. Kindly check this screenshot for a better understanding.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the resolution of the Thumbnail images is poor. Since WooCommerce generates a thumbnail from the image you upload for the product, it is better to use a high resolution of an image. Kindly use the High-Resolution images for the products, at least for the main product image, clear the caches from your site and then check. I hope you will not face any issues with the Product Thumbnails right after that.

Let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. We are always here to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit

    Hello @alessandroa,
I hope you are doing well!

I have tested the Shop Page again and without zooming the browser, the product Thumbnail is showing correctly. No Blurry Thumbnail was detected on your Shop Page while checking.

However, I also have noticed that you are using Caching plugin on your site and have applied optimization rules for the static files. Since the issue is specifically happening on your end, Will you please try disabling the optimization rules from the caching plugin, or More specifically, the combined CSS along with other CSS optimization rules, clear the caches, and check again? I hope it will help.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, then kindly create a ticket at our support center mentioning the link of this thread. You will find the link to our support center on the DESCRIPTIONsection of the Plugin Details page. We will take a look and let you know an update ASAP!

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
