Hi Eva,
Which version of WordPress/WooCommerce do you use?
If deactivating all other plugins does not solve the issue like you say, it could also be a theme issue. It could either be an error in a script that is loaded/used by the theme (breaking all following scripts), or some other conflict…
What happens if you switch to one of the standard themes?

Tried that to theme Twentyfifteen but no luck. Wp version is 4.2.4, Woocommerce 2.4.6
Tried both now, other theme and plugins deactivated but no response from the button… 🙁

Quite strange, the plugin is definitely compatible with WP4.2 & WC2.4
Which browser do you use?
Can you check this in Google Chrome, click the button and then do a right-click > inspect element on the page? Do you see any errors in the “Console” at the bottom of the developer window?

I see: it looks like the plugin wasn’t uploaded or installed completely, and is missing the script and stylesheet files necessary for the plugin to function normally. Can you remove the plugin entirely and install via the WordPress interface (Plugins > Add New > then search for “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips”)?
That did the trick! Thanks!!

Awesome, glad we got that sorted 🙂
Have a great day!
