• Hi Is it possible (with or without a modification) to allow a shop manager (or other role) to use this plugin? If a modification is necessary I would be willing to pay. Thanks.

Hi, I don’t know if this is your plugin or if I should ask someone else but when I switch users and I have items in my woocommerce shopping cart the items are then brought over from the user that I was to the user that I switched to and, if I add more items to that cart and don’t check out then those new items and the entire cart items that have accumulated are brought back to my account. It seems like some kind of cache needs to be cleared between the switched sessions. Otherwise works great.

Thanks for the info, we are testing the WooCommerce caching issue.

Woocommerce session is very mysterious, main conflict with user switching is woocommerce don’t let retrieve cart / session information by user_id. If we could get wc cart information by user_id that would solve this problem. But as said, woocommerce doesn’t provides any documented way to do that.

In next update, we are implementing a different kind of approach to overcome this problem. What we are going to do is if you switch to a customer / user of your site that switched user cart will be empty. And same will happen when switch back to old user. Now this will reduce some confusion I think.

We have also add a settings parameter to control this in plugin settings area. If you enable settings of emptying woocommerce cart only than this will works otherwise not. So, I can say it’s all up to you weather you want to empty cart during switching to reduce cart item confusion or want to let it as is.

However, if you check some other user switching wordpress plugin you should see the same behavior. Only this plugin letting you to empycart during switching.

    Hi @justbruno,
You are informed that the new version has been released. Please check and let me know if you get any problem.

    Thanks
