Shop Manager user role

is there any way to make the plugin available to the shop_managers as well?

You would have to grant the shop_manager role the ‘manage_options’ capability: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#manage_options.

This is a pretty high level of access, which we did intentionally. When a user accesses WP All Import they can potentially use our PHP function editor, which means that they can run any PHP code they want on your site. This is why it’s extremely important to only give access to users you completely trust.
