Shop Navigation Help!!

Hi everyone!

I’m working on a site for an art gallery and am struggling to get my head around the best way to set up the shop/navigation.

There are 100 artists, each with 10 items for sale each. Some offer only original works, some only prints, some only sculptures and others a mixture of all.

I want to have one page called ‘artists’ that will pull in thumbnails of each artist which once clicked on will go to that artists page, with a gallery of their work for sale (both original and prints/sculpture) underneath.

That seems simple enough so far. I’ve created shop categories for each artist.

Now the bit I’m struggling with.

I want a separate page called ‘prints’ that will bring up again thumbnails of each artist, but when clicking on the link, only the artists prints are shown. Same for ‘originals’ and ‘sculptures’.

If anyone can understand what I’m talking about and help I’d really appreciate it.
