Whenever I click on vendor name, I get redirected to default shop page where in I have listed different categories manually.
wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop Page Display > Show Products
Set that and you should be good to go!

But now I have also realized that I am using a theme which requires hack of woocommerce.php (Oouch, this still hurts).
Now looking for some good free theme which works well with woocommerce plugins. Any suggestions?
Nooooooooo, bad theme for using the woocommerce.php hack. I wish WooThemes would just delete that option for theme developers.
So, you want a good free theme? Storefront. It’s free and you can download it from WordPress. WoOThemes makes Storefront and it’s a REAL WooCommerce theme. 🙂 Give it a try!

It’s says it’s missing style.css.
WC Vendors is not a theme. It’s a plugin. 😉

@thomyum You’ve got a million problems on that site it looks like. 🙂 Those screenshots dont even look like WC Vendors code, so it’s not us that is causing the problem. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Vendors. Build your store. Then start adding on……
already installed only woocommerce,wc vendor and storefront theme. can’t change, still same as before.
do i need to re-install wordpress?

Storefront is not our theme. Why you are having theme layout problems I have no idea. We are plugin developers, not authors of that theme. Ask them for support. 🙂
hi ben, very appreciate ur help. i succesfully install on localhost. and i want starting play with wcvendor. i have newbie question, the problem is how to sign up as vendor on localhost? i sign in as admin so can’t try as vendor.

1.) wp-admin > Users > Add New – Create a user account with the role “Vendor”.

On a live site, you’d have the WooCommerce Account setting to allow registration on the My Account page, and then vendors register there, on yourdomain.com/my-account/ too.
