You can use additional CSS to remove the grey banner displayed on your site. Please add the following CSS and check if it helps:
header.page-header{
display:none;
}
You can remove the sidebar by simply removing the respective widgets. For this navigate to your theme customization > widgets > sidebar. Once you open the sidebar you’ll see a list of the sidebar of your theme as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10iu0wp
Once you remove the widgets it does not get appeared on your sidebar.

As for the sidebar information, I am hoping you can provide me with a different solution.
If I follow the information you provided to navigate to the theme customization and follow the steps. The sidebar is removed also from my homepage. I would like to keep the sidebar on my home page but only remove it on my shop page.

After inspecting your site we couldn’t allocate the actual sidebar in your shop page. Are you talking about the left side content ‘Wall Art’?
