• Hi, my shop page has suddenly just stopped displayed products. The page is working as normal, there are just no products showing.

    The filter bar is there showing product counts etc. Products are fine, they exist.
    If I go to a product category it loads the shop page for that category normally and products show.

    It’s just the main shop page that doesn’t seem to load any products for some reason.

    I haven’t updated any plugins or the theme.
    I disabled Litespeed Cache to see if it was a cache issue and no changes, still have the problem.
    I tried multiple devices, same problem.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    The developers are aware of this issue but don’t believe it’s theme-related – we don’t have code that would cause it. They think it’s an automated system running in the background affecting the permalinks system. We’ve seen similar issues with other clients.

    To confirm, when the shop page is broken on your end, go to Settings → Permalinks and click “Save Changes” a few times to refresh the cache.

    If that resolves it, it confirms something else on your site or server is causing the issue.

    Hi, that fixed it, thanks! I just needed to reset the permalinks. No idea what caused it, but all is good now.

    That’s the full confirmation the theme isn’t at fault. You’ll want to investigate with your hosting provider to see if there are background processes running overnight. I’m confident something there is triggering this issue.
