    Hi,

    If you’d like to display your products in 10 rows and 3 columns with pagination, please make sure you’re using the correct WooCommerce shortcode like this: [products rows=”10″ columns=”3″ paginate=”true”]. This will ensure that the layout appears as you have set it.

    If you’ve already applied the shortcode but still don’t see the correct layout, we recommend clearing the cache on your shop page to reflect the changes. For more details about WooCommerce product shortcodes, feel free to check the official documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/products/

    Let us know if you need any further help—we’re happy to assist!

    Many Thanks Fellix,

    [uwa_live_auctions columns=3 limit=30] is the short code applied, not to the products page but to the live auction pages. Also set in Solace theme products page to columns=3 and 10 rows. It displays great 30 items per page and pagination is on. However, when viewed in browsers even after Cache flushes it still shows only 9 products per page. I also attempted to place the same shortcode in the products page and cleared cache and no change.

    From what you’ve described, it looks like this issue might be related to compatibility Ultimate Auction Plugin with the SolaceWP theme.

    To investigate this further, could you please provide us with more details? If possible, sharing a screenshot or the URL where the issue is occurring would be very helpful. You can submit the information through our form at: https://solacewp.com/suggestions/

    We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you resolve this.

    Yes Defiantly, I watched the utube Brian Wilson video and work meticulously to set it all up. Paid for all the services and registered the business. Now I can see after pulling my hair out that the services don’t work together, the bids field can’t be adjusted to even display a decent font size to be seen, deeming the whole project a flop. I have spent over 6 months trying to get 30 placeholders to a page, just simple stuff. But locked out everywhere and just bouncing back and forth and spending weeks trying to resolve. Guess the real business ides are just selling anything online.

    I fixed the fields Felix by apply this code

    /* Fix small font in bidding field / input#uwa_bid_value { font-size: 18px !important; / Adjust as needed / font-family: Arial, sans-serif !important; / Optional: change font / color: #000 !important; / Optional: make text visible / padding: 6px 10px !important; / Optional: make input easier to use */
    }

    Thank you for your feedback, and we truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into setting everything up.

    At the moment, our theme is currently being developed to support Elementor single product templates. This means that by default, product display settings may not be fully adjustable through the standard interface and often require some custom CSS to work seamlessly with certain plugins like the one you’re using.

    We’ll take another look at the compatibility of the plugin you mentioned and see what improvements can be made in future updates.

    Thanks again for your patience and input—it really helps us improve.
