@midnightoilgrp thanks for writing in – do you have the latest version 2.3 installed?
One reason products might be stalled is because of Fatal Out Of Memory Error. Do you happen to know what your server’s memory limit is on a single process? If it’s set to something low, you might want to consider upping that value to something fairly high to see if that does the trick first.
I’ll look out for your reply.
Hi, Ryan:
Yes, I have updated to version 2.3 on Friday, but the same problem is still occurring.
Info:
PHP Max Execution Time : 120 sec
PHP Short Tag : On
PHP Memory Limit : 1000 MB
Real Time PHP Memory Usage : 69.56 MB
Ok let’s try this @midnightoilgrp
1. Uninstall the plugin completely – not just deactivate.
2. Verify in your Mailchimp connected sites area that the store is not there anymore. If you still see it there please remove it manually.
3. Reinstall the plugin again.
This should perform a bit of a hard reset on your store / account and has bee known to resolve these types of issues.
If this does not fix the issue – please write back again and we can debug further.
@midnightoilgrp one more thing that came to mind is that you’ll need to check your Woo “fatal logs” to see if there is something being uncaught by your server. Can you please send your log files for the latest plugin date that you’ve seen any activity, and also your most recent woo fatal log to ryan (at) vextras.com.
I’ll take a look at these to see if we can detect anything abnormal or something that needs to be addressed.
@ryanhungate Just making sure you got my email as I haven’t heard back.
@midnightoilgrp i’m sorry if this got lost in my inbox but i’m searching for your username and the only thing that I see is these wordpress forum posts… did you send the message from a different name/email? Please let me know when you can – or send an additional mail with your username if you don’t mind. We get a lot of support requests, so it’s easy to confuse names.
Hi @midnightoilgrp, we’re going to close out this ticket for now since it’s been a few weeks since we’ve been in touch. Also, be advised that a new version(s) of the plugin has been released since we last spoke. Currently, we’re at v2.3.1.
Please let us know if you still need any help and we’ll be glad to reopen and troubleshoot further. Please note, the best way to reach us is over at the GitHub plugin page. From there, you can receive direct responses from the development team, log new issues, download the latest version and track existing support tickets.
