    Hi,

    I am trying to transfer domain StylishSplash.com to wordpress under Sellivia. I placed the nameservers for Selliva in shopify

    Once you have that all set up, please log in to your domain registrar account and change the ns-records of your domain to:

    ns299.sellvir.com
    ns300.sellvir.com

    I received this message back from Sellivia.

    . I apologize that we cannot use a Shopify domain due to the restrictions set by Shopify.

    Does anyone know what we should do to transfer the domain from Shopify to Sellivia?

    You’ll need to contact either Shopify or Sellivia about that.

    WordPress has absolutely no control over domains.
