    Hello,

    How do I access the shopping behavior report (funnel)?

    I use Universal analytics and my current settings on GA are as below:
    Enable Ecommerce: ON
    Enable Related Products: OFF
    Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting: OFF*

    *Please note that if I turn “Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting” to ON, then I have no access to Conversions>Ecommerce (It redirects me automatically to Audience>Overview.

    Hi Kostas,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Our plugin is designed to track Enhanced Ecommerce data from your store to your GA account & for that “Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting” is the basic requirement & the shopping behavior report is only available if the Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting is enabled in your GA.

    It is not possible that “Conversions>Ecommerce” section is hidden or the access removed if you enable the Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting. It redirects you automatically to “Audience>Overview” is possible but you can always scroll down to the “Conversions>Ecommerce”.

    Please enable the Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting & verify it again or share the access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com

    First of all: WOW!!! The greatest support ever!

    I have added you at my ga analytics.

    Enable Enhanced Ecommerce Reporting is now on, but I don’t see any additional reports at Conversions>Ecommerce menu. And if I select any report (eg transactions) it redirects me to audience>overview.
