I’ve sent an email a week ago and not heard back so I’m guessing support is none existent or they’re working full time seeing as nobody replies to support?
I’ve installed a plugin called “notification bar” by 8degree themes and its spot on so if you can’t get these shortcodes and/or php code in you’re header like me give this ago its plug n play 🙂
The good shortcode is this one :

But it doesnt work…
