    Hi helenron,

    I believe it may be the Divi theme causing the trouble here. Perhaps the page builder is stripping out the shortcodes.

    Did you try getting in touch with the theme developer Elegant Themes? I think they will be able to help you out much faster, as they know how their product works 😉

    Let me know if you’re able to fix it.
