Short Code forcing objects above it to go below it

Hi I love your plugin again. But on my edit page I put:

Site Comments

[bt_comments]

but how it shows it in published page is

[bt_comments]

Site Comments

Example: https://happyecho.com/happy-echos/

it could just be thats how shortcodes work force themselves to top of page. If so I apologize for my lack of knowing that.
