More info please. In what way does the shortcode generator not work?
Does it not show up on the tinymce panel? Does it open up but nothing shows up? Or does it do everything up to the point of inserting the shortcode, but won’t do that? Have you checked your console for javascript conflicts/errors?

The icon shows but when I click on it nothing shows, just the black transparent screen.
No haven’t checked for javascript conflicts/errors and Iäm not sure how to do that either.
It’s probably still checking the Ajax nonce to load the php. Just keep reopening it every 5 seconds until it works. If that doesn’t work,let me know. But that’s an intermittent issue anytime a plugin uses php in a tinymce modal.

But you say it does work with WPML deactivated? I may have to take a personal look to troubleshoot further.

Yes it works without wpml. I can send you the login if you don’t have wpml

This was a bug with WPML and WordPress 3.9. It is fixed in their latest beta release.
